Mrs Carol Tillotson is the practice manager and she may be able to help you with any administrative or non-medical aspects of your health and treatment. Rosehill Surgery has its own practice-based complaints procedure and Mrs Tillotson is available to discuss any suggestions or complaints. She is responsible for the day-to-day running of the practice. We have ten other practice administrative members - receptionists, medical secretaries, data input clerk, notes summariser and an IT manager. They are all ready to help you at any time. We hope you will feel able to use their skills thus enabling us to provide you with the best possible service.
All our staff are trained in keeping all information about you strictly confidential.
Mrs Janet Norwood and Mrs Debbie Black are responsible for the running of our chronic disease management clinics and are also able to give general advice. They are involved with all the health promotion clinics held at the surgery, and also offer services such as spirometry, vascular assessment, cervical cytology, travel and childhood vaccinations and immunisations.
You can contact either of them via reception.
Jane Norwood is also involved with the practice triage and minor illness system.
Faye Crossley is our healthcare assistant. She is available for blood tests, blood pressure checks, ECGs,NHS Health checks,24 hour ECG and BP and new patient checks.
Staff Attached To The Practice

District Nurses - They are available primarily to give nursing care to patients in their homes at the request of the doctors. Treatment room service is at Kiddow Lane and The St Peter's Centre.
Midwives - They attend the surgery weekly for antenatal clinics and visit patients in their homes when required.
Community Psychiatric Nurses - They are available for support of patients suffering emotional illness. Service is available by referral from one of the doctors.
Counsellors - This service is available by referral from one of the doctors.

We periodically have GPs who attend for family planning training. We also help with the training of midwives, nurses, medical students and non medical prescribers. We also contribute to the training of medical secretaries/receptionists by taking students from the local college for work experience. We will normally indicate via a notice at reception if there is a student/trainee present on that day's surgeries. Please advise reception if you do not wish a student present at your appointment that day.
